Seamar participates in research & development project

Seamar is participating in an innovative research and development project, aimed to optimize the logistic supply chain in the port of Den Helder, particularly in the fields of planned maintenance and the immediate availability of spare parts. The actual research will be done by the University of Twente, the Technical University of Eindhoven and the Dutch Defence Academy. Other participating parties are the Dutch Ministry of Defence, Damen, Imtech, Thales and PonCat. The name of the project is Integrated Maintenance and Service Logistic Concepts for Maritime Assets.
