What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

When you contact us through our website When you use the “Get in touch” form on our Contact page, we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, the subject you select and the content of your message.

When you apply for a job If you use the contact form to submit an open application or apply for a listed vacancy, we collect the information above plus any additional documents you choose to send us, such as a CV or motivation letter.

When you report suspected fraud If you contact us to report a possible acquisition or recruitment fraud attempt, we collect the details you provide in order to investigate the report.

When you visit our website IP address, click behavior, browser type via cookies, tools: Google Analytics

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with:

  • MultIT Automatisering, who hosts our website
  • SeaMar Management, who processes submissions from our contact form
  • Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Authorities such as the police, where a fraud report requires this

Where a service provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
