6th Chiquita vessel to install permanent ballast
After the Chiquita Deutschland, Chiquita Nederland, Chiquita België, Chiquita Schweiz and Chiquita Scandinavia, the Chiquita Italia was the 6th vessel from the fleet that visited IJmuiden in 2011 to have permanent ballast installed. The vessel arrived on the 24th of December and sailed again on the 29th. All Chiquita vessels are managed by Diamond Ship Management in Antwerp.
