Loading of 340 ton reel
Seamar coordinated the loading of a 340 ton reel on the Acergy Falcon at the Grote Hout base in Velsen on the 3rd of April. The reel was loaded with a 600t Crawler crane. The 2" line pipe, spooled onto the reel, will be layed by the Acergy Falcon for Wintershall. The Acergy Falcon is expected to make another few port calls in Velsen Noord.
